My name is Stacy. I live in Cleveland, OH, born and raised. On the side of being a mother, going to school, and working, I spend a great deal of time on writing, blogging, and social networking sites.

I created this blog because I am an avid movie watcher and I want to become a movie reviewer. I was inspired to choose this hobby during a debate that I was having about horror movies and monsters and villains. I was surprised in just how much I love to watch horror movies and how much I know that I considered my interest for movie reviewing.

My particular forte is horror movies so there will be a lot of talk about horror, horror movies, and the horror genre. I will also touch on sub-genres, such as horror comedy, spoofs, etc. I have been having a craving for old, classic horror, so you may also see me go back in time to classic black-and-white films, silent films, etc.

My purpose in these movie reviews is not to highly trash or highly praise the movies, or not to give spoilers. However, my purpose is to explain the movie in a way where I am not giving too much information in the case anyone wants to watch them.

The majority of my content will be original, however, there may be the occasional quote or excerpt or reference from another movie or source. I will also be heavy on image usage. In this case I will properly grant all credits to any source I utilize.

I will try to update this site as often as I can, however, for now my update frequency will be 1 to 2 days weekly.
